1. Service Provider. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TrustVault digital wallet application and related services provided by TrustVault Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202412345K), a company registered in Singapore with its registered address at 6 Raffles Boulevard, #12-06 Marina Square, Singapore 039594.
2. Acceptance. By creating an account, downloading the application, or using any TrustVault service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Singapore to use TrustVault. You represent that you are not a US person, nor are you subject to sanctions or restrictions under Singapore law or international regimes.
4. Account Registration. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@trustvault.sg of any unauthorised use.
5. Acceptable Use. You agree not to use TrustVault for any illegal activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion, or fraud. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or any applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property. All content, trademarks, and software provided by TrustVault are our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability. TrustVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of funds due to market volatility, user error, or unauthorised access, to the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
